XDeep Tuneup
XDeep Tuneup allows you to design your own jacket for sidemount or backmount diving. A few euros more, and you have your own personalized custom-made jacket. Please also note that this customized product, which is produced exclusively for you, is not subject to return or exchange policies. The regular XDeep warranty still applies, of course.
The photos are only examples - there are hardly any limits to your creativity.

You send us your personal code which you will receive on the page after the configuration, pay and we will send you your individualized XDeep Jacket about 6-8 weeks later
You will find out the price of your jacket immediately after you have finished designing it
ATTENTION: €0 is displayed here as the price. This is not the retail price. The actual price is shown in the configurator and will be invoiced by us afterward. We only commission custom-made items for customers once the full price has been paid to us.

Conditions of sale for custom-made products
The following rules apply to all custom-made products manufactured to customer or dealer specifications. A custom-made product is any product designed using the XDEEP "Tune Up" tool.
By using the TUNE UP tool and, in particular, by sending an order to the dealer, you declare that you have familiarized yourself with the "Conditions of Sale for Custom-Made Products" and that you have no objections.
Design of custom-made products
The TUNE UP tool offers the ability to select the color of specific product elements, configuration options, and personalize a product with embroidery or printed designs. You can change the specifications of a custom-made product as many times as you like until production begins.
Share your design
You're an artist, and the product you created is something special! You can share it with your friends on Facebook or send the link to the website that showcases your vision of your dream product by clicking the corresponding button on the overview page of our TUNE UP tool.
Guidelines for personalizing individual products
The TUNE UP tool allows for optional product personalization using a label suggested by the customer. XDEEP may refuse personalization without giving reasons. In such a case, you have the right to withdraw from the product personalization or to cancel an order.
The label must not contain:
Inappropriate content, including, but not limited to, swear words or words that are considered offensive, inappropriate, derogatory or blasphemous, including abbreviations or similar sounding words;
Full names or nicknames of public figures or celebrities;
Registered trademarks, brands, slogans or other content of third parties;
Content that may create a negative image of the XDEEP brand or any product on which the label is printed.
By submitting the custom product order form to the retailer or manufacturer, you represent that the proposed labeling is correct and that you have full rights to use the proposed labeling.
Product price
The product price displayed in the TUNE UP tool while editing the product specification is the suggested retail price and may differ from the retailer's suggested price in some countries. You can confirm the price you pay for a product, along with any additional fees, by contacting the retailer.
Keep in mind that product prices and additional fees may change over time. So if you created the custom product many days ago, regenerate the order form by providing an email address and your unique configuration code.
Additional custom fees (custom fee, embroidery fee, express fee) are costs excluding taxes and your dealer may need to add local VAT/GST tax if applicable in your region.
Change of specification of a custom product – Change of an order
Personalized products are manufactured specifically each time based on the specifications created by the customer using the TUNE UP tool. Therefore, the specifications of the personalized product cannot be changed once production begins. Production begins when an order form is sent to the retailer.
IMPORTANT: Configuration data is stored in an electronic system, while an order form is only a document confirming the consistency of the entered data. Therefore, do not make any manual corrections to the order form—such changes will not be reflected during the production process.
Delivery time for custom-made products
Immediately after receiving the order from the retailer, we will begin manufacturing the ordered product. You will be notified via email. If you do not receive an email within 14 days of submitting the order to the retailer, this most likely means that we have not received an order for your product. In this case, please contact the retailer for further information.
Custom-made items typically take 4-6 weeks to produce from the retailer's order. If you select the "Express" option, this time is reduced to approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery time to your retailer is not included. This may vary depending on the distance from our factory.
When your custom product is ready, it will be sent to the retailer and you will be notified via email.
In certain situations, such as a large number of orders, we may not be able to fulfill an order using "Express" mode. In such a case, the additional fee will be refunded, and the order will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.
Returns
The custom product is made specifically for you based on the specifications you provide and therefore cannot be returned.
