Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (§11 FAGG – Austrian Distance Selling Act)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dive Intelligence | Intelligence Commerce & Advisory GmbH, Waldeck 37, A-6341 Ebbs, Austria, office@diveintelligence.eu) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you – excluding any additional delivery costs incurred by choosing a method of delivery other than the standard shipping option offered by us – within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return – whichever occurs earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
(e.g. drysuits, scooters, custom-made BCDs, or similar items)
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed
